Currently, the applications of laparoscopic surgery have been extended to cover a wide disease spectrum, some of which was previously not thought possible. We at GEM Hospital strive to constantly upgrade ourselves and push the limits of minimally invasive techniques. In fact, we have performed some laparoscopic operations which were done for the first time in the world. Thanks to the expertise and experience of Dr. C. Palanivelu, we have standardized several operations and created new techniques. Here are some videos (with Tamil commentary) of laparoscopic operations that we have performed.
